Catch the cat!!! (Last week, sorry I forgot) October 31 (But from the 24th)

 Hi All,

I forgot to send this email last week, but here's my update still. 

MONDAY:

Most of our lessons got canceled that evening so we went finding! Which was awesome we were to find two people and set up return appointments! And when offered help to one of them they were so surprised, it was really awesome to see how offering help could touch someone. And we were able help Larry catch his cat so he didn't run away!

TUESDAY:
We had some amazing lessons with some new friends, Suzalynne and Dustain. Suzalynne was so ready to learn and we had a great discussion on how to handle trials.

THURSDAY:
Service was really fun! And we have a gathering of missionaries ever Wednesday. So this time at the end of our meeting a woman from the relief society came into the room we were meeting in and seem rather confused. Apparently they had been trying to set up for a relief society activity in the room we were in. So we got to help them so so, it was a lot of fun. 

SATURDAY:
We had a church tour! Suzalynne seemed to enjoy it and it was so much fun to show her around! And she is planning on coming to church!🥳 we also had a great lesson with another new friend Wilnelia. It was interesting because there were a party going on and some of her family members were sick so we couldn't meet inside. So the party was rather distracting but we still had a great lesson! She is very willing to learn and grow so it was amazing!

SUNDAY:
So we had a few potentials that I had a few weeks ago with a different sister but we forgot to write it down. But I remembered where they were so we were able to find them! Sadly they were not interested at this time but hopefully they will be! We also has a friend, Suzalynne, at church which was amazing! We also meet with some inactive members who want to return which is great!

  TUESDAY: We had Zone Conference day #1. Elder Johnson of the seventy came which was cool.  There are also three Martin's in our mission, none related to each other. I also had exchanges. WEDNESDAY : Our catch up day. We had a lot of lessons! THURSDAY : Day #3 of zone conference. Another exchange. Within the exchange I got to do my first service on the mission  and I started a phone call in Spanish. Which was cool. FRIDAY : We had lessons and some finding. SATURDAY: It was soo hot. Hello beautiful people,                                                        Sister Prall and I found some beautiful Daisies. MONDAY: We had an awesome lesson with one of our friends Chris! We talked about Jesus Christ and why he had to come!  And we called random people at the church which was a bit strange but good! TUESDAY: So we had a slightly distracted lesson with our new friend Bryan. (Not the recent convert) we tried talking about prophets which went well but he kept on going on tangents about false prophets and some other tangents. And pulling him back to the fact that there is a true prophet today was fun. But we think we got the point across! Problems are Like a Washing Machine - August 7, 2023

Hello, Wonderful Week!  Hope it was for you too! TUESDAY: Well Tuesday we had a lot of lessons planned, then they all fell through so instead we did a lot of finding. We stopped by this one house and they were just letting their dogs out so we got to pet two of their dogs who were very nice! One of them stayed a boy further back and made us a bit nervous but the owner was there so it was fine! We ended up having a good conversation with her though she wasn't interested. WEDNESDAY: We met with Sister Wilkinson! And when we went we thought it would just be Sister Wilkinson, then Autumn joined us and we just read to them from The Book of Mormon together! It was awesome! And Autumn was involved and commenting which she hasn't been the past few times we've gone!  We then showed up for youth night but it ended being somewhere else so we talked to the adults instead which was good!
