Flashback of blessings - Jan 30, 2023

 Hi All,


TUESDAY:

Well let's see how well y'all remember previous emails! So in a previous email I think I mentioned someone named Annette! Who was amazing! The problem was she lived in Geneseo but was moving to Scio which was an area in Wellsville. And then I moved to Wellsville and have been trying to get in contact with her for weeks! And we finally did! We had this amazing lesson! She is still interested, wants to come to church in a couple weeks, and wants to do a church tour so she can see the church and get her husband involved!🥳

WEDNESDAY:
So we were knocking this street and we met this sweet girl named Brianna! So we now have two!😅Apparently she had had family members meet with missionaries in the past and she wasn't ready then but age is now! We gave her a pamphlet which she has read since and now just need to set up another time to stop by!

THURSDAY:
Well we had a lesson with Brianna Rice. And we go to her house and Shane answers the door, which was a bit surprising. We then proceeded inside and had a great lesson with Brianna and one of our members which was amazing she really opened up! We also had matching clothes so that was fun, I think we forgot to take pictures though, sorry.😕

FRIDAY:
We had a man tell us we could come back! And we had a great lesson with Sister Baker. We also had a lesson where jumped to many topics with our friend Herman 

SUNDAY:
It was really good! One of our members talked about how temples have holiness to the Lord on them and how we can always become more holy! And our recent convert Casey came to church over zoom for a little bit! Blessings! But prayers would be appreciated because she is in a rough situation. We also had Effie our recent convert at church!

  TUESDAY: We had Zone Conference day #1. Elder Johnson of the seventy came which was cool.  There are also three Martin's in our mission, none related to each other. I also had exchanges. WEDNESDAY : Our catch up day. We had a lot of lessons! THURSDAY : Day #3 of zone conference. Another exchange. Within the exchange I got to do my first service on the mission  and I started a phone call in Spanish. Which was cool. FRIDAY : We had lessons and some finding. SATURDAY: It was soo hot. We got up to like 89sh. I was walking up a set of stairs and a huge bee stopped right in front  of my forehead before I stepped forward.   luckily I saw and stopped but I almost got stung by a bee.  We also has a storm Saturday evening., and the rain came on so fast it was bizarre.  I'm still trying to decide how I like the weather here, but I guess spring is unpredictable everywhere. Hello beautiful people,                                                        Sister Prall and I found some beautiful Daisies. MONDAY: We had an awesome lesson with one of our friends Chris! We talked about Jesus Christ and why he had to come!  And we called random people at the church which was a bit strange but good! TUESDAY: So we had a slightly distracted lesson with our new friend Bryan. (Not the recent convert) we tried talking about prophets which went well but he kept on going on tangents about false prophets and some other tangents. And pulling him back to the fact that there is a true prophet today was fun. But we think we got the point across! Problems are Like a Washing Machine - August 7, 2023

Hello, Wonderful Week!  Hope it was for you too! TUESDAY: Well Tuesday we had a lot of lessons planned, then they all fell through so instead we did a lot of finding. We stopped by this one house and they were just letting their dogs out so we got to pet two of their dogs who were very nice! One of them stayed a boy further back and made us a bit nervous but the owner was there so it was fine! We ended up having a good conversation with her though she wasn't interested. WEDNESDAY: We met with Sister Wilkinson! And when we went we thought it would just be Sister Wilkinson, then Autumn joined us and we just read to them from The Book of Mormon together! It was awesome! And Autumn was involved and commenting which she hasn't been the past few times we've gone!  We then showed up for youth night but it ended being somewhere else so we talked to the adults instead which was good!
